There were 4 vehicles who made this trip.
All made it without any kind of assistance.....it was a wonderful thing to do some tougher trails and just watch the drivers and their vehicles crawl through on their own.
Thanks EL GRANDE for putting it together.
We left at 6 am, stopped for breakfast and lunch, did both trails and made it home by 4 pm..........All on one tank of gas too!

Thanks, Fred Explorer 1 I didn't realize how easy it is to plan a trip when I delegate the trail details to Explorer 1. Thank you all who joined me on The revenge of El Grande. As I brought up the rear, I couldn't help but notice how everyone would park and run back to watch me attempt the obstacles. Even though it was great to get through them all with little problems, I'm sorry that I didn't give anyone an opportunity to save me. It was especially nice to not have to brake out my tools and turn at least one nut or bolt. |
