Day trip Oct 18th, San Bernardino Mtns

Six of us joined Wayne Purcell's church group for a day exploring some new trails in the San Bernardino mountains. We followed the group to Coon Creek Cabin and over to the Heliport for some great views. Then we left the group and our three vehicles took the more difficult 1N37 back. We wanted even some more challenge so I had heard that nearby 1N38 had an even better challenge so the three of us took on what we ended up calling "Rocky Horror Hill" where it took the right amount of pressure on the skinny peddle and lots of wheel spinning, rock throwing and dust to make the top.

All these trails are just off Hwy 38 not far from Barton Flats.
