A small group did a day trip up and over the Cheghorn from Interstate 15 to Lake Silverwood. Some newer guys in the group wanted to grow in experience and test their abilities so we even did the "V" notch portion and I was very pleased that all who took this portion of the trail did it on their own power and the tow straps were never brought out. It was a rather hot day even on top so those of us who had air-conditioning used it.....even on the trail. I was able to take a few picture and movies. Good job both Fernando and "Cat"!! our group vehicle preference is slowly changing! what used to be a bunch of XJs is now ZJs and JKs

I've also made some good new friends to boot! Hey I'll even be happy if someone buys a Toyota 4x4. ( I put that in for Jimmy's the Frei's benefit!) Thanks, Fred Explorer 1 |

It's funny you mention Toyotas, i was this >< close to buying a tacoma but someone beat me to it because it was an awesome deal. I would love a tacoma that was within my budget. i think the ZJ is growing on me more. watching what Fernando and Cat are doing on just some spacers and JK shocks is making me wonder why i've put so much time and money into my MJ.  JKs are alright, i guess  regardless, anything that gets a person to go wheeling is alright by me (yes, even Fords or Land Rovers)  |

You can also pay whatever you want, but you may have to make it an undisclosed amount to avoid a debate or an effect on the Wall Street used JK shock prices.
