Thanks to Fernando we have the new CAT in place and with the newer muffler it is running great!  Now for the tires and rims and an alignment. From there we'll see what next, but will be available for sale so if your interested put you request in. Thanks, Fred Explorer 1 |

It would be good if we could get them and ten sell the rims for $50.00 each. What do you think? If he still has them do you have some time tomorrow to go together and check them out? Fred |

Fred I was thinking we could paint the rims black. I don't like the style but if they were black they would look nice and would require less money than having those tires mounted on the stock rims. We could sell the existing rims and tires. Someone may give us $100 or so. Your thoughts? I could make time tomorrow. It depends on the time. If we can make it early, I can make it. I have plans to go to junkyard with Cody. I will be up early. Call me as soon as you can. I text the guy early Friday afternoon and he still had them. I think the ugly rims are going to turn other buyers off. We may have a shot at getting them at a good deal. |

there is a slight risk though, if the tire is hard and crusty it can tear the bead during removal or installation

Guys Matt brings up a good point. Always check the date code on tires before purchase. What can seem like a good deal suddenly isn't if the tire is 10 years old.
