No way!!! i never would have thought. that must have been one really plugged up cat!!! It is completely plugged, we had to remove the O2 sensor to get it started. The good news is that there is good oil pressure, it idles smooth and with the little driving I did the water temp ran cool. Looks like we'll have some fun with this one after all! Fred Explorer 1

i wonder if the old engine would have ran on the super low compression had cat not been plugged. hmmmmm

wow i have drove on a plugged up cooked cat be for but never seen it not let a car run at all but this was on a huge big block
