Went up last weekend with a Jeep group/club sponsored by a local Jeep dealership. This was a day trip and covered two trails identified as 1N37 and 1N38. These trails are off highway 38, about 10 miles before Big Bear. Covered an area called Bean Flats and Heart Bar Peak. 1N37 was easy to moderate. 1N38 was moderate except for last 3/4 mile or so which was difficult for some because of steep grade and trail composition (loose rock and gravel). 4 lo and locker(s) made it much easier. Beautiful views at top of peak (about 8000 ft).
A great day trip, with great scenery along these trails.
