I’d like to test my fuel system for leaks. That check engine/gas cap dash light is not going away after a OEM replacement cap, new Evaporative System Integrity Module Detector and Vapor Canister Seal.

I’ll be there. No work needed but can help others as needed except Josh…his issue sounds complicated! Hahaha

You haven't thrown enough money at it yet to fix the problem. These new Jeeps want all the attention and all the money! Just Empty Every Pocket! Fred

Found out that it’s a cracked nipple on the roll over valve. Specifically the evap line to the fuel filler neck. When there is a lot of articulation it puts stress on the line and eventually weakens and breaks the valve nipple. The line comes zip tied from the factory and limits the range so they should be repositioned to allow movement not to mention making the valve less brittle. There is no way to replace the roll over valve on its own so I either have to do a $10 hilly Billy fix or replace the entire tank ($2000). There are some creative patching/rerouting fixes on the wrangler forums so if my warranty doesn’t cover it, I’ll try to hold out.
I may be able to avoid emptying my pockets for a bit longer.
