Lat Thursday we saw a fury of activity with the following:
Fern front axle seal replacement and drivers side ball joints replaced.
Murrie, replaced all "O" rings on his oil filter adapter.
Rudi changed out the rear diff fluid after his new ARB locker breakin period.
This Thursday, we'll be opening early 12:30 pm and have the following in mind.
It would appear that Rudi's rear diff seal wasn't done what I like to call the "right way" and he has a leak. Unfortunately, in order to re-do the seal he has to remove the axle truss. SO we'll see to it that is is done so no leaks occur.
Rudi has been patiently waiting to upgrade his ZJ suspension. He has been running with 2 1//4 spacers on all 4 corners. He will now remove the spacers and springs and install some 3-4" springs. The plan is to put the new springs on the front and then take the front springs and move them to the back, eliminating the spacers. Ultimately, he may also have to make some mods on his track bars, and maybe some adjustable control arms may be in the future along with some new shocks, but that's yet to be seen and may be a project for the future.
