Little Finland week end trip

My wife has been wanting to get out to "little Finland" again.

So, I'm scheduling a weekend trip and opening it to all interested in coming.

Little or no off roading experience required. You could even get there is a 2wd pickup or SUV with decent ground clearance.

I'm scheduling it two weeks before our Gold Butte/Arizona Strip trip in March.

The dates will be Friday the 3rd, returning Sunday morning the 5th.

If you want to know what Little Finland is, Just Google images "Little Finland Nevada" and you'll get an idea.

It's a photographers delight. Even for those of us not so inclined it a wonderful display in a remote area, that I've never seen elsewhere to match!

Because it's about 30+ miles away from the highway it gets just a few visitors. With the making of Gold Butte National Monument (Little Finland is within the Monument boundaries) it's just a matter of time before this unique location will get more publicity and visitation.

Little Finland is remote enough so that there are no facilities or any kind for camping, so you need to be prepared to "rough it'.
