Hi Fred, Any news on females going on the trip? Yes, Looks like this will be a guy only trip. If it was the standard Anza Borrego trip, staying at the same place every night I would consider have the ladies but this trip will be covering lots of new territory for most and I would prefer guys only. This is a "Death Valley Trip" I still am not sure who is going,
Again, I'm leaving at 1 pm on Thursday, Feb 11th for Trona Pinnacles.
Anyone coming that will be bringing an Ice Chest, I have free ice (any mix or match any size or brand) coupons for Smart and Final. Just let me know and I'll give you some.
Every time Edison cuts our power at the Oaks they give us a $10.00 coupon. They have been cutting power rather frequently.

Ladies are allowed to come.
I know that Natalie Dillon is coming with Matt and that Yvonne is looking for a ride.
Matt plans on meeting up with us early Saturday morning.

Just a few packing item each vehicle needs to bring: 1. Each vehicle should carry 10 gallons of extra fuel. You don't need to fill these up until we're on the trip and when we stop at the possibly last gas station in route that i know will be open. ( For those with me Thursday it will be in Trona, Friday morning. 2. 2 boxes or bundles of fire wood. (Minimum) No wood = no fires in the morning or evening. 3. A camp chair 4. Plan for 4 dinners, 4 lunches, 4 breakfasts ( 1 being a "Big Breakfast") Breakfast simple, lunches while on the trail, no cooking, Dinners whatever you want. 5. The weather should be mild, not hot so whatever water you plan on using. Should not be lots of little purchased plastic mater bottlesI will bring my grill and coffee pot for warm water. You should be home sometime Monday afternoon/early evening. I will be leaving my house at 1 pm sharp on Thursday afternoon. If you're coming with me meet at my house before this time 1pm. Bodie has confirmed that he is also going,
My JK is in the shop until 4 pm today, so I'll be packing and preparing this evening and tomorrow morning. If there is still a problem with it, I'll e taking the Tundra and tenting it.
