Good luck finding a Wrangler at that price...........for whatever reason the Wrangler name adds resale value. Even the older YJ's with leaf springs and carburators in poor condition command about $3-4,000 sales price.
Better to have a XJ with the same engine, tran, transfer case axles with lower miles for almost half the price.
Just my 2 cents.

Well it's "cute", not for wheelin..... So she just bought one, 2005, 105k,2wd:(, cloth, interior nice, runs well, test drive=solid, black, no sunroof, decent tyres, negotiated from 6500 to 3000 cash. So it cost 900 more than the latest rover.... Liberty=3898lbs, disco=4465lbs, hmmmm this is disappointing more money for less weight, when I roll the rover I can get more $ for the scrap metal than the liberty. Maybe I will bring it by next thurs to get scolded. Attachments:

It's her eyes......they usually work for things like that! The simple answer is she allowed the seller to say no to the offer rather than thinking no before allowing God to say yes....... (How true is this!) woot!

I just called on a nice looking and running wrangler for $2300, I'll see if I get called back. I'm Jeep shopping too and saw this tonight. I'm probably better off with a cherokee, but the hunt is on.
