Wanting to get out in the trail and have some fun,
New Years day - Cleghorn Trail Day trip.
This trail provides lots of fun options, all vehicles (4wd) can do this trail. There is a rather easy fire road that has several more difficult options to enjoy. So you can choose which option you want to do. The whole trail from pavement to pavement can be done before lunch so that if you need to get home early, you can.
We may extend the day with a trip over to the "X" trail for those interested.
I'll leave my house at 6 am and head over to the Mc Donalds at the Interstate 15 and Hwy 138 exit. After a quick breakfast I'll head over to the Cleghorn exit off of I -15.
Hopefully, we'll be one of the first on the trail that day.
Could still be wet from the recent rains and snow, so we'll see what we're handed when we do the trail. At the higher elevations it can be cold and windy.
Let me know if you're going so I can watch out for you, bring a simple lunch.
