Shop Night, May 4th

We already have two major projects planned for this Thursday night. Both could use some helpful hands.

1. Murrie broke his main leaf on his rear passenger side leaf springs toward the end of our trip we just finished. We managed a field repair to bring him home, see picture, but we will need to remove both leaf packs and replace with my 4" lift set of Deaver springs from my XJ (Explorer 1) that were re-built recently. The plan would be to get this done in the one shop night. I'm asked Murrie to come as soon as he can (Early) so as to insure we get it done by closing Thursday evening. We could use some help on this one.

The other is that my daughter Jessica is moving back into the area, she accepted a new job in Irvine. I bought her a quality rear bumper for her 4-Runner last Christmas and it has been delivered to my home. We'll have the 4-Runner here all day Thursday and I will be working on removing the OEM bumper and seeing how far I can get putting the new 250+ lb new bumper on.
