I'll try and line up the transfer Case on the XJ to see how it's going to fit,,

I’ll be there. If possible, I was to use either one of your presses to bend some steel. Sure, I need your muscles and another's to repostition the new transfer case on the jack so I can see how it fits on the XJ.
